Job Description:
WindowRama is a leader in the building materials industry in the Northeast. We specialize in the sale of windows and doors. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for answering calls and scheduling in-home service for our technicians
Responsibilities Include: · Resolve service-related issues related to customers’ orders at all times providing the highest quality of customer service via phone and email · Schedule service appointments for our technicians · Coordinate and communicate with our sales personnel regarding service · Complete reports and other tasks and assignments are required · Act as liaison between our customers, service technicians, and manufacturers
Qualifications and Skills: · High School Diploma · Excellent Customer Service Skills · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google, IBM AS400) · Prior call center and/or dispatch experience is preferable · Strong Interpersonal skills · Excellent time management skills · Ability to multi task and work in fast-paced environment
