Field Service Technician – Westchester/CT | Central NJ

Responsibilities include:
· Visiting customer homes and job sites to diagnose, document, and resolve service requests
· Maintaining an honest, positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
· Creating orders for replacement parts and updating customers with order details
· Ability to learn light-to-moderate Window repairs and adjustments
· Background in window & door design and/or installation preferred but not required
· Keen attention to detail
· A positive attitude and friendly, professional demeanor

Qualifications and Skills:
· High school diploma or the equivalent
· Clean NYS Driver’s License
· Knowledge of windows, doors, and skylights and their respective qualities
· Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
· Ability to interact with contractors, homeowners, and co-workers
· Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
· Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, Outlook, IBM AS400)
· Ability to identify problems and resolve the issues
