Built-In Technology

Technological advancements are very evident in windows and doors, especially in areas of security and energy conservation. Some manufacturers have begun to integrate technology like security sensors into the process, eliminating potential points of failure. Many of these can use Bluetooth to communicate with the security control panel right out of the package.

Some estimates suggest a substantial increase in residential construction spending of as much as 6.6% over 2021. Although the number is not as high as the jump from 2020 to 2021, current estimates suggest at least nearly 837 billion will be spent on residential construction in 2022.
